2026 Exhibitor Entry Day Details

Entries are welcome to the Fair between 3-8 p.m, next Tuesday June 30th. Below are some updates and highlights to help you plan for next Tuesday and the Fair week to follow!

Please contact a Fairboard member (see Fairbook) or email us at fair@stoughtonfair.com with clarifications or other questions.

Traffic flow.
  • See here for the approved traffic flow to use, for entry day ONLY. We expect this will be the same for move-out day but will adapt as needed.

  • During Fair week, Mandt Parkway will become two-way traffic due to safety concerns for pedestrians.

Livestock procedure.
  • Lodi Veterinary Clinic are the official veterinarians of the Stoughton Fair! Dr Lins and a veterinary technician will be onsite during check-in to support our Superintendents as requested. .

  • It is our expectation that no animal will be placed in a pen before being seen by a Superintendent, there must be ‘eyes-on’ your animal.

  • Exhibitors are expected to have all required health papers in-hand and animals must meet all health requirements stated in the Fairbook and by DATCP. .

  • Only animals in good health and condition should be brought to the fair, any evidence of contagious or infectious disease will result in being denied entry.

  • Animals are expected to be free from Contagious or Infectious Disease. Please review the DATCP rules for your species again:   https://datcp.wi.gov/Documents2/FairRulesFinal.pdf

  • Fairbook is also here for your reference:  https://www.stoughtonfair.com/_files/ugd/5f5ba9_b8319a86d2ba454db7f6ccacfde9f6da.pdf

Parking.
  • This year, there is no street parking available on Mandt Parkway during fair week or during move-in/move-out. This includes the stretch along the Sheep/Beef Barn and is due to having two-way traffic.

  • Parking on the grounds has always been limited, especially in wet conditions.

  • Plan to drop tack daily and utilize street parking in the neighborhood, as you would with other Fairs such as Rock County.

  • Trailers may not be stored or parked on the grounds during Fair week.

  • Open show trailers only permitted to park day of show.

  • Other trailer parking is recommended South of Mandt Park, on the East side of 4th Street.

  • As mentioned, you may need to utilize your trailers for overflow storage. Space in many of the barns is limited this year, due to entry numbers.
