Exhibitors

The 2026 Stoughton Fair will run from July 1st - July 5th, with entries arriving on Tuesday June 30th.

Youth in good standing with any of the following organizations are eligible to exhibit at the Stoughton Fair: FFA, FHA, 4-H, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. 4-H age requirements do apply.

 

Fair Entries

• Entries can be made between 4/3/2026 - 5/31/2026.​

• ALL Entries must be submitted by May 31, 2026.  

• Stoughton Fair does not allow late entries. 

• The Stoughton Fair accepts entries through the Fair Entry system.

NOTICE  MEAT ANIMAL Sale requirements:​

1. ENTER Department 28 for Meat Animal Sale (in Fair Entry)

2. COMPLETE and SIGN the Meat Animal Sale agreement (in Fair Entry).

3. ENTER SHOWMANSHIP to be eligible for the sale.
